I try to download some videos but it always cut short. if a video is 30MB i only get about 10 - 20% of the file. Also there are many videos that don't exist, there are tumbs but not mpg file is present. Please fix asap!
Absolutely! The 2MB file limit problem returned after the main harddrive failed a few days ago and was replaced by the backup. This has since turned into a random amount of download. I was not aware of non-existant movies, but if so I'm sure this would be connected with the drive failure.
@Support:
I didn't think Unregistered's should be able to post?? :confused:

Does anybody know when the problem will be fixed and we will be able to download videos again?
I tested. It seems you can post in the Technical Support Forum as unregistered. If you try to post in the Main Forum you are redirected to the register page. IMO this is a good idea, as one of the most common problems is inablility to register!
I will contact support again about the downloads, along with what seems to be a rather unstable server at the moment. I am sure they are on the case - support here is usually very good and prompt :)

WellGet will solve the problems with downloads: http://find.pcworld.com/46644
It's free and works really well. I started using it a few days ago and have had no problems downloading anything from mashaworld even though I'm on dial-up :)
Doesn't matter - Download limit problem has been fixed :thumbsup
:beer for support!
