I'm confused too, but that's nothing unusual... roll

To be sure the easy way to convert is to take your local times and subtract four hours. Example: If Lana is 21.00 - 0.00 Moscow time, then that is 17.00 - 20.00 GMT.

I think DST was invented just to cause problems! :p

Anyway, great schedule as ever! :beer

PS. You should not put GMT(+4) at the bottom as this will confuse people even more. This would mean they were Moscow time :wink

GMT never changes and is only applicable in the UK November to March other than that we work on BST British Summer Time.

The change only becomes confusing if Russia does not put the clocks forward the same way as other countries often do. The whole of Western Europe is now GMT +2
UK GMT+1
Romania GMT +3
Moscow GMT+4

Moscow
Standard time zone: UTC/GMT +3 hours
Daylight saving time: +1 hour
Current time zone offset: UTC/GMT +4 hours
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/custom.html?sort=1

Therefore if a show is advertised at 4pm GMT it will start at 5pm in the UK and 8pm in Russia 6pm in Western Europe and 7pm in Eastern Europe

Yes, Marinas show today started at 16.00 UK time, therefore schedule is wrong (still GMT+1).

Moscow is currently GMT +4

So when I understood it right, all times in GMT(+4) :)?

Love Masha

GMT+1

If you subtract an hour from all the times, then it will be GMT again. Moscow is GMT+4 now, but the times listed are GMT+1.

As is Moscow GMT+3

Moscow
Standard time zone: UTC/GMT +3 hours
Daylight saving time: +1 hour
Current time zone offset: UTC/GMT +4 hours

I think you meant to type "Moscow GMT+4", and without the "as is" since right below that you state this. :)

It's easy to memorize it this way:
(1) GMT never changes.
(2) The number of time zones from Greenwich, UK to Moscow never changes.
(3) When both UK and Russia shift to summer time, UK becomes GMT+1, Moscow becomes GMT+4 (+1)

Great to see Tina back so soon claphands

I thought she had left, I guess not though. Sounds like someone knew she'd be coming back. Must have just been temporary.

I see there's no early Wednesday show for Tanya now. :( Was looking forward to that one since it would have been starting at 11pm tonight here. It would be good for the site to have more shows around that time. There was for a couple weeks, then it stopped. I thought that was one of the better ideas lately.

I'm guessing Tanya is struggling with the moving house thing. I would imagine there may be further changes to Tanya's schedule this week too.

I agree it is a good thing :thumbsup but obviously difficult to have a balanced schedule over a full 24hr period. Slowly but surely I'm sure Masha will get there :) Just have to give up the sleeping! zzzzzzz

Actually for me its perfect to have those early shows. Then everyone gets to sleep...I catch the shows that way before I go to bed, and they're doing them after they wake up. So it isn't too early or too late for anyone then. roll
