Thanks Richard --

We use the SideKick software on our sites as well. In Masha's show today, when music was playing, the bandwidth/framerate was shot. Suggestion, if she's playing the music like MP3 in a media player, that'll surely do it, as it's increasing system resources AND used bandwidth. Just taking a stab, honestly, but that's what I noticed. Hit me up if you need me!

Hmmm, was ok with mp3's in Lana's show, as with radio and CD's. But sometimes it causes problems - wierd!

yeah in Lana's show last Sunday there was music playing pretty much the entire time. I remember because I was humming it for the next 2 days!!! lol j/k but it didn't seem to affect the rate all that much really, then again she was also at Tanya's for that show.

It seems that the connection problems are still ongoing, at least over at Tanya's. it was pretty bad yesterday and today there, and in both locations yesterday. it could be something with the service provider but just wanted to address it here in case there's something else causing it. it makes it rather difficult to follow the chats as i'm sure many others would agree, and it also makes it harder for the girls to communicate as well. hopefully it won't continue too much longer. turning off the sound completely helps a bit, but then there's no sound, and even then it tends to still be a bit choppy at times.
