View Full Version : Crazy problems

Ever since i joined dieselworld i have used firefox browser and have been able to access dieselworld/forums, download everything, enter live shows always, so no problems.
Then out of the blue sometime early last week i went to log in as usual with firefox to dieselaccess home page. All i got was 'Connection interuppted' 'The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.'
I thought you was carrying out maintenance, 2-3 days later still nothing so i tried my other browsers (opera, IE, safari), nothing! So i tried my aol browser which i never usually use, dieselaccess and forums loaded succesfully, hmmmm very strange.

Now about a week later and the same, AOL browser works fine with your sites but i've completely lost it on the real browsers, same error msg every time.
Luckily with the new Zebra i can actually download pics and watch movies, have not tried downloading movies yet.
But downloading from non zebra sites is hit and miss, i download, then it suddenly stops downloading and only gives me half a movie if that, and with this i cannot forward wind or rewind, you have to watch from the start untill it cuts out, only once has it downloaded a full movie. Whereas before last week my Firefox browser used to download anything no probs, (i'm wondering if this has anything to do with AOL conflicting with the DRM movies)...see it's getting weirder.

So apart from this the biggest problem now is only via Sashablonde or youngporn can i access periscope (the others claim i cannot enter, so go to the page you are subscribed to etc), but on SB and YP where i can enter periscope, i enter my nick, join a room and everytime just see the chatroom with a white screen and no text and no names in a list, it's all set up as normal but without any text or video, just blank. Again, with Firefox i could enter and see a show (if it didn't freeze like my old problems but that's another issue for now)

So as you can see, very strange goings on, what baffles me is every single other website in my bookmarks on Firefox3, opera, safari and IE can access every web page i ever visit and work as it should, every single web site that is except your website.
Does this tell you anything? Do you have something that clashes with AOL and could possibly cause this, ? i don't want to start pointing fingers as i'm not sure why this stuff is happening but you must admit it's weird that every website works except your one.
I would appreciate any help on this issue because right now my live shows are dead and by the looks of it for good.

Very strange situation, please help me solve this if you can. (oh and i have not downloaded or installed or done anything that could change things to make this happen)

As I understand our tech team is currently trying to help you. You've submitted a ticket at www.onetouchservice.com, right?

I have the same problem, although I have not (and will not) tried the AOL browser.

All Dieselaccess sites are impossible for me to access including support and this forum. This is since approximately one week ago.

I decided it must be some sort of IP block or routing failure and found I could access via a proxy. I sent Diz a PM yesterday and he said he would pass on to support.

This is not the first time we have had problems with AOL UK.

Note that the tracert to Dieselaccess fails after this hop:

7 119 ms 49 ms 124 ms ams-ix2.euro.net [195.69.144.55]

PS. I have tried to submit a ticket but I am uncertain if it worked or not. There was no confirmation. I don't think it works correctly through proxy.

It appears so, yes :)

Out if interest did it just mysteriously fix itself or was it something you did?
