Ongoing cam problems and other things

Since I joined this site a month ago I've noticed that even with some of the "upgrades" that have been done over the past few weeks, there's till severe problems with the shows and their scheduled times. Most of the time the schedule isn't kept and when it is there's still often problems with the connection, sound, and other things. Many members have been mentioning this for months and its still occurring. I was just wondering if there's any plans to resolve this? Its nice having a schedule to see each week but when its only kept about 25% of the time then it pretty much renders that useless. Its nice chatting with the girls but when you expect them to be around and they aren't then it gets rather discouraging. And what makes it worse is when there's no explanation at all of what happened. I know things come up but I think it would be good for a message to be posted on the board if a scheduled show isn't going to happen. Maybe like a day before if possible. I know this has happened many times before, even before I ever joined the site so I know its been something that has been occuring for a long time, yet nothing seems to be getting done about it. I think the girls themselves are great girls and I like what Masha has done with the site alot but the live cam shows really need alot of improvement. When a show is scheduled for 3 hours and someone is there only for 10 minutes, or not at all, with no explanation before or after, that isn't a good feeling to have. I hope someone will look into this and try to resolve whatever the problem(s) are whether its something personal with the girls or something related to the technical side of the site. Either way its by far the part of the site that needs the most work.

Thanks. Basically just having some kind of updates would be good. Like if someone won't be able to do a show after it was posted they would, or if the time will be different from what was posted. I enjoy chatting with the girls alot, all of them, but being located in the states I'm limited to the weekends and there's been a few times when I was expecting and hoping to get to chat with one of the girls, and either she never showed up or the show was cut really short. I know sometimes its due to technical problems, server-related, connection, software, etc. and those things should be able to get worked out. But if its a personal reason, then an update posted would be good. I hope no one ever gets sick of course but if someone does, then maybe an adjusted schedule could be made after that just so there aren't people thinking they're going to get to chat with one of the girls, and then aren't able to. There may be a handful of people here that know the girls rather well and get updates in the form of pm's or sms messages, e-mails, etc. but for the others, its nearly impossible to know if something comes up which would cause a show not to happen, or for the time to change.

I agree about being kept informed - you have been the best tech support I have ever known, but would be even better if you post here whenever you know of problems, just so we are kept informed.
If anyone knew about show cancellations through PM etc then they would post it, so don't feel you are left out.

But, that said, yesterday's shows went without problem - so far so good!

Yeah I logged in right after that post. lol I forgot to before. I'm not any tech support though because I can't fix the problems. I'm just trying to raise awareness about them so hopefully someone that can fix them, will. I don't usually know when there are problems, just like most others don't since there's no way to find out without being there. I can only guess there must be some kind of problems though when shows don't happen as scheduled. I do know there are some people that probably know more about these kinds of things but just aren't saying anything. Maybe they can't or were told not to, I really don't know. But some people know what's going on most of the time when a show isn't happening. My suggestion was just to request that the other 270 members be allowed to know also by someone posting a message on the board letting everyone know if there is going to be a change in the schedule so we won't expect something that ends up never happening. That's good to hear the one yesterday happened. I see few posts about them anymore.

You do. lol But it wasn't intended for anyone besides the administrator of the site, that's why its in the tech forum. So if you didn't have time to read it, that's ok, it wasn't meant for any of the members anyway, but glad a couple of you took the time to check it out.
