live cam problems

when i click on the live cam i get the box where the cam shoul be but it only has a little colored icon in the upper left corner. is there something i have to download to view this part of the website

As Fex said there are issues and reloading eventually solves them.

However, what you are describing sounds to me like you may not have Java installed?

If that is the case it can be downloaded here: http://www.java.com

I'm having problems too...I can hear the audio, but can't see anything but a grey box.

We are looking what is causing this problem for some of the users, and of course trying to correct this error

We restarted the server to be sure. But most problems seem to be because of a java version conflict.
