two months meber but no new sites bonus

last month i join the site "natashashy.com" whit recurring membership option because in i'm in these site at least for two months they give me access to more sites in the second month, but the credit card i registered the first time expires and i registered again today whit a new credit card but instead of extend my account it create a new one and i don't have access to the others sites.
What i can do?

i dont think u need to log in..

1st page you will see "submit ticket" that will take u to the next page and ull see "custermer support" then that will take you to next page etc etc..
