hostile voyuer site

i was interested in the hostile voyeur site however when i loaded one of the rooms (or any room) the video feed will not load. It doesn't give me a broken link and I tried refreshing and waiting forever but nothing! I have ADSL broadband internet connection but I still can't load anything even when i reserve all my bandwith for it! The page finished loading and everything but no video! ny ideas???
