Tech Guys Free from work?

Submitted a ticket that i have another email address, got a new login link.

Since then i cant login, roaming wizzerd tried, tried, tried and tried, still no success, and still no word from the Tech Guys.....

[ERROR 3004] You are not allowed to access our sites outside your country, If you are roaming, please user our Roaming Wizard or contact our Customer Support for setting the roaming access privileges up

Roaming wiizerd was probaly thinking i was in Rome by now, so many times i used it :D
