Most of the problems are from internet providers and technician can do a thing.
This time we had 2 technicians on the place and nothing could be done.

I know there can be problems with the feed from Kiev and Moscow. You may be telling the truth about Sunday night. There are also times when it is not the internet feed but a problem the girls are having. I know that two girls, at least, have had a problem and technical support was not available.

Taking in to account that Show is Swedish and English is not his first language he does sum up what should be happening with support when girls are doing a show. I do know it is not your first language too. Please take on board what he says because if you advertise a service and it is not available then either fix it or tell us, via the forum or chat channel, what the problem is.

I was trying to explain the problems with the feed from both Moscow and Kiev. These problems exist and should be addressed.

However reading my message again I can see how it could be misinterpreted. I should probably have thanked you for your explanation.

I do not mistrust you and have never even thought about ceasing membership with you. Please don't suggest this again. I do, like others, compare the service you offer with other sites, with sites I am responsible for and sites produced by friends. I applaud your innovations but also am critical where I feel your service falls down. If you look at my previous contributions you will see this.
