New Diesel Access system

We are currently developing the new Diesel Access syetm to make it more usable and interesting, first of all we will move live show schedules from all the sites to Diesel Access, also better presentation of websites is planned and VIP interface for members who have all sites access.

What I was thinking also is to add live chat between members of our sites on Diesel Access.
What do you think and shoot your suggestions!
We can do everything and this stage.

There might be problems with new girls coming online but that may have to be dealt with.

When it comes to frame rate this does need sorting out. Judging by the frame rate we get from Lana it looks as though it has something to do with feed from Russia. I have seen that Met-art who also have feeds from Russian cams do not have problems with feed rate. It would be nice to have a bigger screen size if the system can handle it. Quality comes down to the web cam being used so each cam should be a high quality one.

This is not the exclusive reason, although keeping families unaware, is for most girls the main issue, it also applies outside the family circle and extends to friends and others they associate with at University etc.
This is to prevent them being stalked by Russian psychos or mobbed in streets when they go shopping etc.

I think it is an excellent idea and I would do nothing to risk the safety of the girls.

So blocking Russian IP addresses from the sites and Forum is a sound idea, but why a workaround for all girls can not be provided by Tech Support eludes me? :confused:

no this forum blocks all ip addresses from Russia, so Russians don't stumble in here by accident. The websites also block Russian ips to prevent Russians from joining. The was an incident a while back where the block was taken off during an upgrade and an acquaintance of Ivana joined her site by credit card. It was very unnerving for her knowing someone she knew closely was watching by live chat. Also if the Russian ips were not blocked, then there is the remote possibility some wacko in Moscow could recognize a girl from here on the street & start stalking them.

it can be done easily by using a proxy server. most proxies don't last long though and a new one needs to be found. That is Ivana's problem with accessing this forum. she used to post quite often until her proxy quit. I find some for her sometimes, but by the time she tries to use it, it has quit working too.:p

I miss PRV mode, I found it useful, especially when helping girls with their English spelling and grammar without seeming that I was trying to make them look stupid in front of others.

But I agree it made a mess of shows when certain members over used it and the resultant replies from the girls made no sense what ever to the rest of us, especially when they spoke their replies in Russian. This became very boring and distracted us from the show itself.
It was these selfish members that caused it's demise and chats have been better for it's removal ever since.

I thought I had covered the private chat bit by asking that it be granted to members who had all access. I am pretty certain that these are loyal members who also attend chats. They would not abuse this priviledge. I also believe that they are capable of ensuring they don't distract a girl so she stops entertaining the rest of the audience. I can see the advantages suggested by show and nic and would go along with them.

A private conversation is for something that either the member or the girl doesn't want others to see. I don't think, for instance, that helping a girl with their English warrants being in private.

Access to the forum can be done if a girl knows how to find and use a proxy server. However this is a messy procedure and it should be possible to allow access to a girl's service i.e. block all russian ips except their ip.

This means certain indviduals will have completely different level of interaction with the girls and this is bound to have an effect on the normal shows as we know them.
And the site will become the same as so many other webchat sites.

2. As we know from present, some girls are much more popular than others.

If this translates into Private 1 - 1 pay for shows this could lead to friction among the girls as jealousy sets in between them.



The thing that retains me here month after month is the webcam chat as it now operates.

Although I have no complaint about the DieselAccess sites and their downloadable content, I do know of better value elsewhere.

Research is good, as I say it is your decision, but for me it would be bad plan for your site. What you have here now is really very special and IMHO you wll be risking throwing your business advantage away with this move.

At present I am perfectly happy paying full membership month after month as I have done since May 2005 and paying the one off fee as you launch each new site. But I have never paid for private chats anywhere and I have no intention of changing that now here or anywhere else.

I read your post that this is planned as only a method for those outside show time windows to be able to get to chat with girls, but I fear this is only the foot being put in the door as regards webcam chat which I can see moving towards the model of the now dying YP Live format.
I hope I am wrong and my concerns amount to nothing ;)

Same could be said about paying users vs none paying users or prospective members. The pages the general public see on most of these sites don't appear to have been updated in a very long time, hence no motivation to join as it looks like there's never any new content. That's like a high street fashion store, displaying clothing from last years trends in its window, as opposed to the one opposite which keeps its window displays up to date, which would you go to.

It's always been the case though, those who pay more get better or more service/features. While the cost remains the same for those who don't want to or can't. It's a more popular situation than upping the price for the same or less content/features/service across the board.

If it's in addition to normal schedule and at the discretion of performers then why not? Members have often requested so the demand is clearly there. If the performer wants to do it then it will benefit both parties.

I have been joining sites since february of 2005, I get payed pretty good money and I will honestly say that I will join on the average about 5 to 7 site each month, (I also cancel alot of my memberships) as a matter of fact one of the first sites I joined was MW.
I have had and also right now I do have membership for a couple of sites where the girls do regular free chat for paying members and also do Private 1 on 1 shows for who ever wants to buy one, and I know that these girls do more in the Private 1 on 1 shows than they do in the free chat for their members.
I fear that if you do start Private 1 on 1 shows the girls will save all the Hottest shows for those who will pay for it.

I have been patiently waiting for new recorded shows to be put on the sites that have them.
I work 5 days a week I get wednesdays and fridays off so I can watch the live chats on those 2 days, the rest of the week If the live chats start early enough I might get to watch an Hour this day or an Hour that day, but there are alot of shows that I miss because I have to work and Make money so I can pay to be a member.
I don't like picture sets, I am here for the Videos, And live chats are good too.
And when you put the chats onto videos and put them up on the sites for us paying members that is more videos for me to watch and I get my moneys worth and get to see what I am missing when I am working to make money So I can pay for my membership.
I get to see live chats on 2 different days and If you do these Private 1 on 1 chats I am afraid that you will no longer feel like giving us recorded live chats and so that will be more videos that I looked forward to seeing that you will no longer be giving us.

What is being overlooked here by boy1dur is that the shows are not 'free!'

They are part of a package we pay monthly subscription for, along with the few remaining actively updated sites.

Guys you try to compare us to other sites while the idea has nothing even close to the live cam websites which exist online.

Example:

Olesya got 3 shows a week, as usual, completely same shows as we have now.
Now she has more free time for another 2 shows. She says, I can do private show on Monday 15:00 Moscow time for 30 mins. There are MANY members who cant attend the scheduled shows due to time difference. Member A says I can pay for it 10$, B says 20$ and C says 35$. Like sort of auction.
This is has nothing to do with the sites where girl is sitting topless and waiting for money show. There is no commercial interest for us in this, its pure extra money for models and finally to give the opportunity for Americans or Japanese which are missing the shows usually.

I think that Private 1 on 1 shows will be good for some of the girls, bringing in extra cash.
But I find 2 big problems with private 1 on 1 shows.


1.) The regular shows might suffer because if the girls are getting payed extra money to do what they would in the free chat for members then the free chats will see less. I work 5 days a week I get wednesdays and fridays off so I can watch the live chats on those 2 days, the rest of the week If the live chats start early enough I might get to watch an Hour this day or an Hour that day, but there are alot of shows that I miss because I have to work and Make money so I can pay to be a member.
I don't like picture sets, I am here for the Videos, And live chats are good too.
And when you put the chats onto videos and put them up on the sites for us paying members that is more videos for me to watch and I get my moneys worth and get to see what I am missing when I am working to make money So I can pay for my membership.

Although it is against what I would like, if you go through with this plan, then ground rules need to be set for the girls conduct. I suggest maybe you pay competitve for free member shows so the girls will not lessen the content for them. Pay by commission only on the pay shows and any number of people can pay to watch, a 1 on N relationship. You also need to set expectations with the paying members how long they can watch for their fee.

They are not doing free shows now :) So no panic about it.

However there are ways to transfer money over the i-net without incurring the charges levied by ccbill. Have a look at PayPal, for instance, whose charges are 1.4% to 3.9% and include the option to use visa/mastercard for the transaction. It doesn't take too long to set up a PayPal account ether for the merchant or customer. I would think that it should be possible to raise the amount that the girl would receive.

no this forum blocks all ip addresses from Russia, so Russians don't stumble in here by accident. The websites also block Russian ips to prevent Russians from joining. The was an incident a while back where the block was taken off during an upgrade and an acquaintance of Ivana joined her site by credit card. I work 5 days a week I get wednesdays and fridays off so I can watch the live chats on those 2 days, the rest of the week If the live chats start early enough I might get to watch an Hour this day or an Hour that day, but there are alot of shows that I miss because I have to work and Make money so I can pay to be a member.

I get to see live chats on 2 different days and If you do these Private 1 on 1 chats I am afraid that you will no longer feel like giving us recorded live chats and so that will be more videos that I looked forward to seeing that you will no longer be givin us.

Now like I said, I have been Patiently waiting for the newer chats that I have missed to be put onto videos and placed on the sites that have the recorded shows on them, And if you do start the Private shows I fear that the recorded shows will no longer be made. And I will still be able to watch live chats only 2 days each week and feel like I am missing out on all the Hot chats that I miss when I am at work.

Okay, write now I have to get ready to go to work, I must leave in 10 minutes, Tiger has a live chat going on right now and she is having computer problems, if the problem is fixed I will still miss the show.
My main question is are you gonna still be puting recorded chats onto the sites or will the private 1 on 1 replace the recorded chats with no more new recorded chats.
I can not Afford private 1 on 1 chats with what I pay for membership to all access, and paying upgrades for the new sites when they open.
