Setting the right board time.

Hi Masha,

I think the board time is not correct!
I explain:
I live in Holland
so I have to set the board time in;

--User Control Panel > Edit Options >Time offset

But for the right time, I have to set it to Bangkok time +7 hours
to get the dutch time. See picture below.
But I don't live in Bangkok !!!!!!!!

Officialy I have to choose the CET
Central Europe time, Brussel. + 1 hour

But if i set this option I get the wrong time

It says 6.49 AM
however it still is 12.54 (see the windows clock)

Also the clock is running a 5 min. late

Can you (Masha) or A. correct the
time board settings !!
