I raised a support ticket regarding this issue earlier today, but sadly after more than 8 hours later it remains unread :( And the Zip file still consists of zero pics and 23 bytes. :(

What is going on?

Not only are the updates from 9th [ Set 3264 ] and 11th [ Set 3265 ] still not fixed ,but now after 1 set worked, the one on 13th [ Set 3266 ] we are back to same problem with today's update [ Set 3267. ]

What is taking so long? :confused:

Surely ASAP does not take this long? :mad:

The zip file for this photo set (3267) contains lots of files (390 files) and information but not the photo set as stated!!!!! shootself shootself shootself

Ok I have some information for you, this part done by script and for some reason there is a bug there coming from nowhere.
We have fixed already but its popped up again.We will have another round tomorrow.

There is a virus runing around that affects web pages and scripts by adding 2 lines at the beginning. One very long line and one short line. It causes an alteration in functions of the affected page. I know 3 photographer websites hit already. Diz, you might want to make sure your sites have not been hit.

I understand that there may be issues with regard to the script used to upload content updates, that have yet to be resolved.

However, I do not understand why once we have reported a problem, that the file can not be uploaded manually, or corrected, a lot quicker than it is.

This is now Saturday, yet the Ivana problem was first brought by me, and I am sure others, to the attention of technical support last Tuesday!

The one still outstanding is dated 2007-04-04

As can be seen from attached print screen this is only an empty 23 byte zip file, as has been the case with other Zips we have reported previously.

I am assured in response to my support ticket that the empty zip file problem will be resolved for good next week. :)
Here is hoping ;)

Content of 18OnlyGirls is as YP's main galleries were.
I am having great time downloading all the early content I missed when the old interface of YP was so cumbersome to navigate.
I give the new look a major thumbs up for that reason toast

I'm sorry guys for not answering you earlier. Yes, 18OnlyGirls is instead of YP for now with the same content, but YP will be back soon with new members area and absolutely no problems with downloading movies and zips or whatsoever! :) We're working hard to bring it to you as soon as possible!
