Can anybody tell me what I need to play this swf file. I know it is a shockwave file and I used to be able to play them. I have changed operating systems and now I can't play them.

I have downloaded shockwave 10.xx and flash 9.xx, installed them and tried to associate an swf file with both. This doesn't work and the Adobe forums are a bit involved.

There must be something easy I can do so that I can play a swf file.
