Now it has happened to me

This is happening too often, please address and reactivate my account with least possible delay!

I am not happy, Ivana's show froze, she had to restart, but when she did I had to log back in however when I tried to do so, this is all I got

Ticket # 7656-8621112113 logged 9.47pm GMT and I am watching the clock!!!!!

I have learned that another user entered Ivana's show using name of MAX, could this be the reason my access has been blocked?

Think this guy was in show earlier as Max06
Can we confirm if similar names confused the software or if this person hacked into my user account please?

I read posts regarding 'all access' etc. I have not been trying to access any of the other sites. I only log into MW and usually only once a day. Today I have 'permanently locked'.

I will raise a ticket, but there are clearly significant problems here.

Yes there is a problem and we are wroking to solve it now. For that we are creating at this moment new login system, I hope it will be during the weekends.
Thats the reason why new site has been delayed. Sorry for that guys!

Hi. Just been allocated a new pass & user which works, but FYI reason was account accessed from multiple locations within short timeframe. This therefore suggests hacking? I only ever access from one location and there had been approx 24hrs since the previous time I accessed. My public IP has not changed.
