HI DEISEL,
THIS IS NOW THE SECOND TIME I HAVE LOGGED THIS ISSUE WITH THIS SUPPORT SITE WITH NO RESPONSE AT ALL, I HAVE EVEN CHECKED THE STATUS OF THE TICKET NO 5523-6603080449 AND THE STATUS IS "NOT VIEWED" EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SET AS A HIGH PRIORITY. THE ISSUE IS THAT FOR WHAT EVER REASON I HAVE BEEN DENIED ACCESS TO THE TSL SITE & IT'S BONUS SITES AS MY USER NAME HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY LOCKED, WHILE REQUESTING THAT I CONTACT THIS CUSTOMER SUPPORT SITE TO REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT, WHICH IS A MONTHLY ACCOUNT WITH WHAT'S LEFT OF 15 DAYS ACCESS TILL RENEWAL. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY E-MAILS OR NOTICATIONS EXPLAINING WHAT HAS HAPPENED OR WHY THIS HAPPENED, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY NO RESOLUTION AFTER OVER 24 HOURS SINCE I LOGGED THE 1ST SUPPORT TICKET. CONSIDERING I'M A FULL MEMBER OF IFL & A DISCOUNT MEMBER OF TSL I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE LACK OF RESPONSE FROM THE SUPPORT TEAM. I EVEN POSTED THIS ISSUE ON THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT ON THE FORUMS WITH STILL NO RESPONSE.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP WITH RESOLING THIS ISSUE SO I CAN ONCE AGAIN ACCESS THE TSL SITE ASAP.
