A riddle for you...How do you think i could get this effect in the following pic?

Ok test #2, apart from the roses what can you see???

Lana did this in amazing quick time for her 1st "Magic Eye" pic...

This is all i told her

"You have to look at the picture and kinda blur your eyes, and try and look throw the picture. If you do this right the picture will turn into a 3D image of something different.
It takes time to get it right, I can see the 3D image in under a minute now, but at 1st took me ages to get my eyes right.

Here is a picture for you to try, remember look throw the picture as if its 6" behind your monitor... Slowly you should see a 3D image appear.."


She did it in under 10mins, and thats good going:thumbsup

Tip: your brain "sees" it, not your eyes, dont try to focus

Wow! Awesome. It's amazing that once you have 'locked on' to the correct focus you can move your head around and it is perfect '3D'. I'm really surprised I was able to get. The only one I am struggling with is the second one. Easy? grrr.

Nic, its a bit like the one from Hawley, there's something in the middle.

At first I had difficulty finding any of this....

when I see these things in the newspaper, I usually can spot it right away. Then I discovered something..... I took off my glasses and then I'm able to spot all of this!! When I look at it with glasses, I guess the outline of the frames disrupts the image.

Believe it or not, but its meant to be good for your eyes...
and like you say once your locked in, you can move further back, and move ur head.. will make it look more 3D.... clever innit:)

P's the 2nd one is hmmm .. like a buket with a cone in, and ur lookin into it from above
