I cannot log onto live session

When I try to log into the live chat, I am taken to a log-in page for Masha's World, and my password for Ivana's site does not work there. How can I enter the live chat? Thanks!

That's strange. It is correct you are taken to a MW page, but you should either not be required to enter a user/pass or your IF one should work.
Whichever I suggest you raise a support ticket through relevant link in IF.

Incidentally I assume you realise there are no shows at this precise moment!

Maybe it helps when you shut down the Ivanafukalotpage and log in again to the website.
When you go immediately to Livecamshows you will not be asked for login and password again. At least that's the way it goes when I log in.

Close your browser, re-start and log in again. I don't know why it happens but the cookies the site sets seem to expire or go stale very quickly. I've had this happen too. If you've been viewing the site or dl stuff it may seem as though you're still logged in but you're not. I imagine the chat and the site use different session cookies. Re-starting and logging in solves the problem.
