I thought Ivana was appearing at 23.00 tonight? Have I got my timezones mixed up? Was it 23.00 Moscow time - i.e. 20.00 BST? (19.00 GMT). That would be awfully early for any American viewers. Or has the show been cancelled?

Schedule shows times in Moscow time.

Ivana's show ended an hour ago, she did extra 15 minutes.

In UK time, shows are nomally -

1. 3pm to 6pm
2. 6pm to 8pm
3. 8pm to 10pm

with some variations.

Wondered where you were.

The shows have to fit around the girl's day with University etc not their American viewers.

Opppsss...doh. Excuse me for thinking we still had an empire. ;)

Thanks for clearing that up. I guess what threw me was that the forum appears to be on EST so I assumed the shows would either be on EST or on GMT/BST.

I guess 4am Moscow time is a bit late for Ivana to go to bed. Though at her age I was just warming up at 4am. And I did a full BA uni course for 4 years and had a p/t day job to pay for the beer and fags. Kids today...<sigh> no stamina.
:hahaha

Hopefully I'll catch tomorrows show. I think it might be a good idea though if Masha mentions that all show times are Moscow time (or 3 hours advanced on GMT) for the benefit of newbies and morons like me.

Good point about the time zone. It used to say, but appears no more. Many moons ago the times were posted in GMT, but after much confusion (especially during changes in and out of daylight savings) it was changed to local.

Note that the forum default offset will just be based on where the software originated from (I guess!). You just need to go and change to GMT in UserCP.

You'd be shocked at what time our adorable goddesses go to bed. In fact I am wondering if this is the secret to their beauty. Is good news for me if true! :p

Incidentally I just remembered you mentioned vBulletin not liking FF. I have no problems here. What in particular do you find incompatible?

I think it does say "All times are GMT +1." at bottom of page, all the updates and upgrades and they have trouble changing "1" to "3"...

could have been worse Steffi, you could have been on time to watch the Leeds game and saw a poor 1-1 result, wishin i was 3 hours late now:(

That's the forum time set by yourself in UserCP as I was saying.

Thanks for the help on the times guys. As I said I think the simplest solution is to state clearly on the show timetable that all times are local Moscow time and leave it at that. Anyone with half a brain (even me!) should then be able to work out what that is in their particular time zone. OTOH...international air traffic and shipping all use GMT.... as does NASA I think. :wink

It seems OK now. The emoticons were all off the page, but it seems that way in IE too so I guess it's just a V bulletin thing.

Very early or very late? Their beauty may have more to do with diet. I'm a firm believer in 'you are what you eat.' I noticed that Lana was scoffing a banana and an orange the other night. Bloody sight better for her than a Big Mac. I have no idea what Ivana eats (if anything!). It's all in the jeans though really, isn't it Nic? Ivana has the same kind of body that I have...well...her's has a few different 'bits' and fewer miles on the clock than mine. Oh, and her nose is prettier than mine. But apart from that... :hahaha

I've always weighed the same since I was 18; 130 pounds (59 kilos), give or take a few. All my family are the same, skinny as rakes. And we eat like horses and don't exactly exercise a lot. But sleep is important I think. Not so much quantity as quality. Sleeping tabs really bugger you up. A good friend of mine was on them for years and although she slept for 8 or 9 hours still woke up feeling like shit every day.

could have been worse Steffi, you could have been on time to watch the Leeds game and saw a poor 1-1 resultSorry about the footie result. I imagine you were well gutted. Like I said, I'm not a fan. Just never got into it (very un-British I know).

yep as mine says All times are GMT -5. That's EST, BF. (US Eastern Standard Time). Which is what confused me. It's the default for lots of boards (but not phpBB) for obvious reasons. (The web is largely dominated by you yankees).
