Problems with the webcam

Hello,

I have some problems with the webcam.
I see something on the little screen of the live show with the webcam.
Whe I hit the picture then starts the big screen but I didn´t see anything.
Did I need a special program to use the live webcam?

Could somebody help me?

The shows require Java to run. Go to http://www.java.com/
IIRC it should automatically work out your language, OS and which version you need etc.
