No, the "problems" have not been solved at all!
Liveshows still have the same problems that have been on mw for over 1 year now.
Shows keeps on with BAD connection, freeze, no connection__and sometimes no shows!
I don't call that "solved problems",,,,,,,Fix the real problems!

I think it was important that unregistered can post in support in case of needing support for registering!

I did join Lana show on Sunday from Masha's and Monday from Tanyas. I can confirm as previously reported that both did have unusually bad problems, especially Masha's. It does need investigating. Either there is something bad with the line/ISP or is a virus/something wrong with machine.

I would not agree that it has always been like this for the past year. Freezes on and off for sure, but recently there is clearly a bigger problem. I do wonder if the severe cold weather is related.
