I will give the site the benefit of the doubt for the present and make myself believe that Ivana is simply taking a holiday from work and partying to spend some time on her health and education, and that Lana simply is seeking a break from the Ice Age in warmer climates.
I remain hopeful they will both be back. :) Well,suppose will have to let Lana go away first. :D

At least they are still using Masha's flat for the camera sessions. Masha pokes her head into Marina's session every one in a while. I noticed in Late November that Masha was getting tired of live stuff. I hope she has moved behind the scenes into camera work or producing and still shows up every once in awhile in pictures or video on the site. Only a response from her will clear it up :banana

I dont get it sometimes really... With all the updates we make and daily live shows and these amazing young ladies we get for you . you still manage somehow to post something like that.

One fact you should really consider is that Lana draws more people here

Likewise, I know I passed positive feedback in Diesel's 'Some Updates' thread, but the none Webcam today pissed me off, or rather the lack of explanation or feedback about the problem did. :(

I know the Internet in Russia can be bad, but the quality of the Webcam experience in recent weeks is the worst I have seen since joining last May, with numerous freeze ups especially, from Masha's home. :(
Luckily Kate and Masha B have rapidly mastered the art of resetting the Sidekick client quickly, but it is frustrating for both members and the girls.

I would have liked to seen an update on my ticket sooner than 17 hours after submittal. If you run a 24x7 shop, then you should have someone monitoring ticket submittals and at least acknowledge the problem and you are working it.

I too think LANA is very special and want to talk with her as much as I can before she leaves on vacation. She is the draw to keep me on the sites, but I am also looking forward to Natasha and friend joining the chat session soon. :)

Hey, dont be to hard on Diesel, support reacted faaaaaaaast last wed! My account was blocked and within 20 mins they made sure i could login again!

It is not being offline is the problem, but multiple freeze ups of the video feed and sound breaking up. :confused:

This has always happened due to various things such as flat battery in cam, house phone ringing, use of MS Media Player etc, but at most a couple of times a show, not every 10 minutes or so. :(
These triggers eliminated in recent problem shows.
So something else is the cause. It only started in recent weeks.
Problem is much less common from Ivana's.
A reboot at girl's end usually fixes it for awhile.

Having been here for nearly 1.5 yrs now ( :eek: ) I can say that things had been much, much worse in the past.

AFAIK this server outage was indeed the first one for a long time & was fixed within the day. Shit happens! So what? I have been very busy and had no time for any shows since Lana left for vacation. I came home from work on Friday hoping to see Lana but discovered schedule had changed, but I get to meet Masha B instead :) . Saturday I hoped to see Lana but server was offline, yet I still would not have considered complaining!

IMO things have never been better - more (amazing :shy ) girls, more updates, better quality and with yourself and Rojo on board all is cool. You have clearly listened and reacted to members - ie. video format/new discount offer & access to K-18 which IMO is excellent value. So I too find some of the negative posts rather surprising at the moment. I know all too well how hurtful such comments can be when you put in so much effort genuinely trying to make things better and you do not deserve them. Just keep up the good work Sir. (I am also available to assist on those long difficult work sessions... ;) )

One thing I would like to see is an expansion of the timeslots. With more performers and more members (surely!?) perhaps it is possible to extend the times beyond the 6pm-12am Moscow range & get back to 3 shows per day? For me this would just give a better chance of being able to catch a show (I couldn't possibly handle three at once!) and open up availability to other members around the world, notably US.
Of course I would not want this to impact on the current performers & the number of shows they get allocated, but rather in addition.

What do you think?
