I've not been able to log in to either Masha's World or Kamilla18 since about 10 last night.

Have you rebooted your PC and cleared your cache?
Is working fine for me.

Hi guys! We had a tech issue with the Kamilla site member logins but it has been solved and it should work now without any problems. Sorry for the inconvenience... :thankyou

problem again. can't log in again. getting to be a pain... can't log in when i want to.
I also cannot log in to MW today. "Error: Invalid Login" - tried numerous times, pass & user are definitely correct.
I'll send a ticket if I can find the link....

I can't login either, I wonder if it has anything to do with the work on the servers, that Diesel mentioned?

Yes I am sorry for that but password file has crashed. Let me see if its already fixed have just logged in.

Ok Kamillas members can access it all and most MW members can do, the only members that cannot access MW now are our oldest members who are already about 7 months with us but this one will be fixed during the next fe hours too, we are waiting for the passwod list from the billing department.

Just wanted to say I raised ticket and according to email was replied to and fixed within 30mins (I went to work!).

Yes improvement in response to technical issues and more importantly being kept informed has improved very noticeably in recent weeks.

I raised a ticket as well, and got averey quick reply, it took about 12 hours to fix, but at least I got a response and notification when it was sorted , so a definite 'thumbs up' to the new support. peace
