I don't see you around here much anymore :( Do you read the forum? When I joined you seemed much more involved in your site, but now it seems like you have lost interest. I hope not!
No updates for 3 weeks?
'Contact me' wrong link as I have mentioned before (but with no reply :p )
I haven't any time for shows at the moment, but I did notice today (Friday 21/10) there was no Marina. I'm sure members would appreciate some information occasionally ;)
Also I believe there is a schedule change for Saturday night. Maybe I'm wrong.
These aren't complaints. I love the site and still think it is the best, but where is the personal touch that used to be here?
Just some observations to keep you on your toes :wink

I am sure you are very busy. I am currently working 12hr days, 7 days a week, but I still find time to provide support/moderation on 3(!) forums every day and post here. (My poor eyes...) So, no excuses. Ha!

I see you joined a month before me Nic, so you have have seen Masha post 2 times a day down to one post a week in the last few months +..
Unless Masha tells you why this is, we can only guess why..
I belive since Fex Dutz Wil don’t post anymore Masha feels less of a need to make posts, maybe you should get Geo to ask her why.
Masha was young when the site 1st opened, and put her heart into it 100% and got very close to the members who joined at that time.
But as time goes on im sure like we all do in our jobs, we get bored and lose some intrest.
For a long time now this forum has been a personal forum over a members forum , I post a pet pic of masha and her cat and didn’t get a reply. Geo posts a pic of a “bluetit” and get a reply ASAP.
Fex contacts Masha to tell her about my Poem and that gets deleted ASAP..
Masha in my eyes helped make the so called “inner circle” by being a caring person who got very close with a handful of members early on, but this shows and has shown on the forum for the year I have been here.
I have never been in Masha chats, but I hope she finds her passion for the site again, because I still belive when her heart is in the site you wont find a better girl.
Give Lana a site!!!!!!! She is young and has the passion to do a great job!!!

Actually it wasn't Fex that contacted "Masha" about the Poem. I reported it to the admin. So, be pissed at me if you want, or the admin... But Fex had nothing to do with it. Just thought I would set the record straight.

I have to agree with Nic the lack of information about schedule changes, etc, can be irritating.
For example, it's 12:00 Moscow time Monday and there's no schedule.
...but I'm more worried about the lack of updates and by Masha herself, she looks very tired all the time (I know she's been ill recently), and quite often she seems either bored or like she simply doesn't want to be there during her shows.
The reason I've stuck around this site for so long is the fact that the girls are 'REAL' people, who you can have a laugh and a chat with, not just robots going through the motions, doing what they think everybody expects.
I don't want to watch shows with girls who don't like what they're doing or don't want to be there.
I think Masha is a beautiful, intelligent, funny young lady who can do wonderful, interesting shows. I'm worried that that the interest and sparkle that used to be there is disappearing.
I hope I'm wrong and the real, fabulous Masha comes back to us

Much of this has been discussed many times before - being kept informed, schedule changes etc. etc. It's no big deal, but how difficult is it to quickly post on the forum?
Anyway, the main reason for this was my worrying observation that Masha has lost interest :( Pls tell me I am wrong!

Sometimes the girls are late, sometimes the updates are late, sometimes the schedule is late.
Part of my affection for MW is that its a site with normal life girls, so this is one thing that might be a bit annoying, but i can live with it..... And in my job i have a lot of people who are in a hurry, i must do this, i must do that, its far to "stressing" for me to get "mad" about a missing schedule etc.
But you guys may, i dont mind that :D

I can not comment on how Masha compares now to when she first opened MW, as I have only been here since May of this year.
But I have not noticed any change in her shows, while I have been here.
She remains as cheerful friendly and sexy as when I first joined. :) itsallgood
However, I have noticed that there has been very little input to this forum, and checking the archives reveals this to be a lot different from last year.
She has her life to live, shows to do and now the summer is over, studies to get back to, so I will not complain.
Oh, and cook for Andrew :D

I totally agree with Rich. It is one of the things that makes the site great, absolutely. And it is not important either.
But interest in the site is. Still no post here bothers me. I can't think of any explanation. Masha has done shows and therefore is not ill. She also obviously has internet. Time required is minimal. As for "I don't know what happened to schedule". Erm? What does that mean? That sort of talk does annoy me and it is still not yet posted. :confused: If I ran my shows like that then I would no longer have a job.
I am not complaining, just confused.
Come on Masha! This thread is at the top and is a question directed to yourself with replies from many people with one notable exception....

Their aspirations are normal things for normal intelligent girls, working in the fields of economics, politics, media, art, health etc.
They simply 'entertain' us to supplement their way through the higher education system in Moscow, like normal girls.

I had a g/f who was a student at Uni, she was always stressed with her work load... i did try and tell her that shopping 20 hours a week, and clubbing 4 nights a week might have something to do with it.
A Student life is EASY, only made hard by them who make it hard for them self..
Try doing a 9am-5pm job, working your tits off just so you can pay bills and drink saturday, rest sunday so your fit for monday, thats stress...
feel sorry for students... naaaaa if living life to the full is a sad thing, i wanna be sad:)

We bought a new computer, hoping it would render movies much faster, and also just be faster in general.
However, this computer gave us headaches. Every movie we rendered(from tape to file) made the PC crash.
However, we were able to create some files now, in our NEW format. I'm sure you will like it. The update will be posted today. The quality is MUCH higher.

Interesting that you chose Windows media format as your new movie format. It means I need an extra step to stitch the movie segments back together, but it did get rid of the annoying time index issue on the segments.
I'm partial to Divx V5.2 for DVD quality movies, packs real tight with no loss.

The new format is HDV and its close to amazing qulaity with 16:9 widescreen.. Iwill post some samples tomorrow. STAY TUNED, we have made 20 movies of me and 20 movies with ivana in that format ... and we will shoot only this format now.

And telling us about schedule changes/show cancellations, future ideas for the site etc! - Just general stuff to show you are involved & interested. It does not take much time to post here.

Personally I like the MPEG,AVI,DIVX better than WMV,because I can play every format except WMV on my DVD Player. And Masha on the BIG sceen is much nicer than Masha on the computer monitor.

The time i have been here, i would say without doubt your one of the most stand up and genuine members here.
you care for the girls here as much if not more than anyone, but yet you seem to get a raw deal from being misunderstood.

I am now sharing the concerns of Nic :(
Recently the shows tend to start later than scheduled, today being the latest example.
At 1705 GMT there is no sign of show scheduled to commence at 1500 GMT and no posting to explain why.
Although five star girls like Lana. chose to make up by working past their time, like she did last night, not all the girls do. :(

Hey fellas wow u have been busy this am.since i'm new around here ,i'd like to say that masha probably gives up as much time of hers as she can,hopefully as in any business the longer u work at it the easier it gets. so hopefully she can free up more and more.also why not have another girl posting if she cant, like Tanya. just a thought Iknow its not the same but we could all be chatting like this on any forum. Well actually I was quite happy with things that have happened over the last week or so:
MW has had good updates for this month (October was rubbish!) I should also say that those were :fire awesome videos, since I did not mention in the HDV threads (sorry Max :p )
Masha has been posting here.
Direct tech support from Theo regarding new video format.
Very impressive shows with the 'agents'. :shy
Indications that we will have a new performer soon.
Getting closer to dual membership/reduced rate deals with extra site (though these promises have been a long time coming...)
I did have concerns that Masha was not actually posting here. Some of the replies did not sound right to me and when I pop in late I have noticed Masha logged on, which would be 6am Moscow. Hmmm. But the posts with funny English reassured me :D
Anyhoo. I can think of reasons why there was never a reply to my main question & I PM'ed Masha to say I was happy. (It would be nice to have a reply though or maybe I was correct about not actually being Masha? You have not said a single word to me about the things I mentioned here! Why?)
Regardless, I didn't really wan't to resurrect this thread and look like a moaning minny - I have always said MW is about fun and none of this is particularly important!
Though I do agree with Max on the communication issues. This has been an ongoing criticism for as long as I can remember. There are other items that were raised in the HDV threads with Theo. I hope these will be followed up on - to repeat (again!): Forum time is still wrong hammersmas , 'contact me' is wrong, recent need to enter user/pass unusually regularly, low/high quality movies? whole/split movies? and/or ability to use download managers.
So, my summary....
Site is still great. Masha is still wonderful. Communication is still rubbish.

I have never remained a member of any site for so long and I have been on a very large number of them. ;)
If the reduced rate for second site arrives I can never imagine myself leaving.
The girls are simply beautiful, friendly, highly intelligent, the content excellent and the interaction of the web cams unique. Both Masha and Tanya are excellent hosts.
But I will not roll over and be treated without respect!
Simple good manners is not a lot to ask for, and failure to explain or apologise for none appearance of a scheduled show and causing me to worry about a girl I am very fond of and waste my time waiting for something that was not going to happen is not acceptable.
I have no issue with there not being a show, there could any number of reasons. My gripe is with not being informed. A post on Forum would have prevented me worrying about a friend and allowed me to do something other than sit at my keyboard hitting 'refresh' in Sidekick for over 2 hours. I saw Masha on the forum during the time show should have been on, how long would it have taken for a simple post to have been made?
Perhaps if others join Nic and myself in complaining publically and sustain our complaints then it might not "always be like this" Getting used to it and remaining quiet will ensure nothing changes. I will not be quiet. ;)

Max i know how mad you get when the girls dont turn up, and we are not informed before hand.
Maybe they think we have nothing better to do than keep checking to see if they have turned up because of being late.
I have moaned about this before saying, if i tell a friend that i will meet them at 4pm and i cant make the time, i would bend over backwards to inform them. even if i did not inform them i would sure let them know i was sorry.
Richard and others seem to handle this better as it shows the site is real life, but i dont agree as in real life if someone let me down as much, i would not care who they were, or how pretty they are, i would tell them to go get F**d.
I believe in life, you should treat others how you would like to be treated...
I will show the girls the same respect as they show me...
maybe this is why i only go in ONE of the girls chat rooms now..
i have been a memember here for a year now, but would lose no sleep if i wasnt.. the money i pay a month is no more than i would tip and taxi, so it dont have to be great for me to stay...

Marina and Lana have to travel to get to the camera site and traffic and weather play a large part in girls being late. Lana is late a lot of the time because of traffic and it would be a little hard for her or any other girl that is traveling to notify us online how lat they will be. Remember these chats are after normal business hours in Russia, so I would not expect the admins (including Masha) for the site to be working.
Also an early show girl would have a hard time extending her show.
Although, if any of the girls know ahead of time they will not be able to make it, I would like the courtesy of them posting that the show is canceled. :mad:

Jep, and i never start to worry if Lana is late, i'm used to it that Lana is 20 mins or more late. And there's allways SMS... ;)
Sometimes when one of the girls asks me it i'll post a message about a delay on the board.

20 mins, 30 mins late not a problem, and usually down to heavy traffic or technical problems. This is expected and why I not post anything about.
But in this case I posted over 2 hours past the scheduled start time, as over 2 hours late is not normal!
And it turned out not to be late but not to happen at all.
And I still do not know why.
I finally find out on Sunday the 20th at 1545 GMT by asking Marina herself :rolleyes:
Turns out she forgot she was on Friday, thought was Saturday she was doing.
Granted Geode is right about time of shows in Moscow, but does this prevent someone checking all is proceeding as planned and using phones, mobiles, sms, e-mail, forum etc to keep customers of this 'service' informed of any problems.

Masha needs to respond to this to let us know if there is a site administrator(s) who works the 19:00 to 00:00 shift 7 days a week to monitor the chats. From what I have gathered Masha is the main person responsible for the site, but I think it is only part time for her.
The forum is the only realistic way to notify the membership there is a problem.

Lana was supposed to start at 21:00 tonight, but it's 22:00 now, no Lana and no news.
A simple post saying there's no show tonight would be enough.

More importantly we know that all is well with her and she has not been in accident or ill. littleange
There are long standing members here in close contact with the girls, all it takes is letting them know and they can post on Forum if Masha or the girls can not.
As witnessed tonight and previously with Rich and others.

Yes I am an american, and yes I do worry about Lana...and Masha, and Tanya ...etc....the world is small fellers...Remember that....unfortunately it`s controlled by a bunch of retards who will never have enough money to make them happy.........In reality..there are batteries that last forever......and cars that can go 300 miles per gallon .........the saddest thing of all is that money and greed prevail, and intellect takes a back seat.......
