Hi. I'm hoping someone can help me.

I've just joined the site and so far downloaded 4 movies. Now whenever I try to download another it's blocked because it is I am still downloading. I've tried resarting my pc and tried both IE and Firefox.

Anyone got any ideas?

I am a little unsure of your question.

Are you saying you simply cannot download any more movies, no matter what you try, or that you cannot download more than one at a time?

Currently you can only download one movie at a time. For a short while it was possible to download three at once but that has been changed due to security problems. Support tell me that the site security is being redesigned, which I must admit is currently the most annoying of any website I have encountered, especially now that I am constantly asked for user/pass. Grrrr

If it is the former, I don't know. I suggest contacting support. This is now done by a web-based 'ticket' system found here (http://support.euroband.net:8080/) and not the still uncorrected email link found on the site. Another grrr!
(you could try deleting cookies and temp internet files)

I am not normally one to complain about this otherwise awesome place, but site security and support have taken a step backwards IMO.

Would not be so bad if I was allowed to chose a password I could remember shootself

@Max: If you use Firefox it remembers text fields for you and by just hitting the first letter of your user and pass it will give you the remembered stuff from that letter to click on.

This makes the issue much more bearable. The password for users on other browsers must be really annoying and I pointed out exactly this problem to support (the lack of ability to choose password along with the non-standard entry that means Windows can't store it).
I have not had a response to this issue. One of the things I hate about silly ticket support systems. They are a BAD idea and IMO email support should be reinstated. After all, I always got a prompt reply from email!
